Withdrawal Form

In accordance with European regulations (EU Directive 2023/2673) for consumer protection, if you have made a purchase on our store, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) received the products.

⚠️ Important Information for Cosmetic and Haircare Products

Pursuant to Art. 59, letter e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery.

This means that you may exercise the right of withdrawal and receive a refund only if the products are completely intact, never opened, never used, and with the original security seal intact. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, tested, or are missing their original protective packaging.

How to exercise withdrawal online in two steps:

1. Fill out the form below by entering your name, email address, and the order number you wish to cancel.

2. Click the confirmation button at the bottom of the page to submit your request.

Once the form is submitted, you will immediately receive an automatic email notification (on a durable medium) confirming receipt of your request. Subsequently, our Customer Service team will verify the order details and send you instructions and the address to proceed with the physical shipment of the package.

Shipping costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the consumer, as provided by law.
