Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Every return must include the tax invoice received with your order.

Damages and Issues

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Despite the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time before your bank or card issuer processes and displays the refund.
